WHO ARE WE?

Iasis Online Therapy Practice was founded by Clinical Psychologist Tanja Niederschick in 2020 with the goal of creating an online platform for couples seeking help in their relationships.

The aim of the practice is to offer a holistic and integrative approach to couples therapy and to remove the barriers to seeking help.

Tanja believes that most couples can learn to accept and manage their differences by working on empathetic communication, relationship quality and acceptance of each other to create a harmonious exchange for a happier, more balanced relationship. 

 

Besides prevention coaching and therapy for couples, Tanja also likes to accompany women who want to or have come out of a toxic relationship and help them to rebuild themselves. 

 

Tanja's therapeutic approach is based on scientific knowledge, multiple exercises and practical tools, using attentive, empathetic and neutral listening and an open and non-judgmental attitude.

 

Tanja's gentleness, compassion and critical thinking skills make her a caring therapist, appreciated by her clients.

Tanja is a clinical psychologist (Master of Clinical Psychology) and a licensed Cognitive Behavioral Psychotherapist (CBT) with over ten years of experience in coaching, support and couples therapy.

Some people are stuck within a toxic relationship either because of their relationship dynamic or the personality of their partner not knowing what is really going on or not knowing how to separate from their partner as they are in fear.  Toxic relations can negatively impact the immune system  and therefore one’s physical and mental health in the long run.

How does it work?

All our counselling sessions are done online through the Zoom Healthcare platform. Once you have chosen and booked your session you will receive an email with details on how to attend the session.
